FAQs - Applying for Print Conversion

woman holding books Eligibility?

Actually, all Florida public schools serving K-12 students are now SUNLINK schools. Over 2,500 schools already have their full library media collections in SUNLINK. The remainder of Florida's public K-12 schools (under 300) have only a partial library media collection in SUNLINK.

If you're one of those 300, applications to bring your full library media collection into SUNLINK are accepted at any time. To apply, fill out the form on the application page and we'll be in touch. Questions about the application process? Call 1-800-226-0085 or email us. SUNLINK will not be complete until all Florida K-12 public schools are fully a part of the database!

woman with no shelflist cards No shelflist cards?

If your media center is automated and you do not have paper shelflist cards, or if your paper shelflist is not accurate, you may be able to use a printout from your automation system for conversion to SUNLINK. Contact the SUNLINK Project Office at 1-800-226-0085 or email us for more information before preparing any type of printout for application.
