Dr.
Donna Baumbach, Professor of Education at the University
of Central Florida and Director of the Florida SUNLINK Project,
surveyed Florida K-12 public school library media specialists in
the spring of 2002. The results
of the research were presented [PDF: 155 slides / 3.7MB] at
the annual conference of the Florida Association for Media in Education
(FAME) in Daytona Beach
on October 30, 2003. FAME participants were given an executive summary [PDF: 16 slides / 6.6MB] and a copy of the full report. Each Florida K-12 public school received a copy of each document as well. Additional copies of the full report can be purchased from Hi Willow Research & Publishing.
