SUNLINK Online Component |
"SUNLINK:
Practical Applications" is an online component
open to all Florida school library media specialists
in SUNLINK and not-yet SUNLINK schools. Dates for this
component are: January 17 to February 21, 2007. Media
specialists who have previously completed the now retired
"SUNLINK Automation for Information Power"
online component, or the "SUNLINK: Practical PR"
component are also eligible to enroll in this component.
There
is no cost for taking this component. It's free!
Particular
emphasis will be placed on how to integrate SUNLINK
into your media program with practical examples of SUNLINK
usage.
SUNLINK
is suggesting that this component be worth 30 in-service
points. The staff development office of your school
district awards in-service points. In order to receive
in-service points, you must make arrangements with the
staff development office in your district before enrolling
in the component. SUNLINK will report your progress
to a designated contact in your district at the end
of the component.
For
more information on registration and component content

The SUNLINK eStore is now well-stocked and ready for
your orders! If you saw something at FAME, but didn't
want to carry any more "stuff" around in your
conference bag, now is the time to order! We'll send
it right out. And, as always, there is no charge to
you.
