What's the fastest way to request an interlibrary loan (ILL) found in SUNLINK?

A. Looking up the school's phone number in the SUNLINK directory, then calling the school?

B. Looking up the school's FAX number in the SUNLINK directory, and then faxing your request?

C. Clicking on the SUNLINK email interlibrary loan (e-ILL) button?

If you chose "C", SUNLINK's email interlibrary loan (e-ILL) feature, you are correct. An e-ILL school is identified in the holdings information of SUNLINK records by a yellow envelope icon (see example).

To request an item, simply click on the "E-ILL" button, log in with your name and password, and submit your request. It's that easy!

SUNLINK e-ILL accounts are issued at your request, if you agree to:

• Check your SUNLINK e-ILL mail account once a day
• Reply to all e-ILL requests within 24 hours
• Inform teachers and students about interlibrary loan
