for Media Specialists Caution--if
your collection has not been kept current on SUNLINK, your
may find titles no longer in your collection that still appear
on SUNLINK.
Schools in districts with union catalogs that update SUNLINK
yearly will see the records sent to SUNLINK by your district.
These districts are: Alachua, Broward, Collier, Duval, Hillsborough,
Lake, Lee, Manatee, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Palm Beach, Pasco,
Pinellas, Polk, and Seminole.
All other SUNLINK schools will see records as sent in by automatic
transfer vendors at your request, and the collection as updated
once a year with other "adds" and "deletes."
This movie will also show you how to location limit to your
school, the Quick Search, format limiting, increase display
options, the use of the Boolean operator "not,"
and some helpful weeding guidelines.
